Pinkerton Posts Huge Game in 49-6 Victory

East Rutherford found a leader in Brandon Pinkerton as the squad took down Polk County on Friday. Nobody could stop Pinkerton as he rushed for 131 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.2 yards per carry. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack, forcing a fumble, and making six total tackles in addition to snagging an interception.

If history really does repeat itself, Pinkerton might just drop another big game when he faces off against R-S Central on Friday. Pinkerton rushed for 210 yards and three touchdowns, and also picked up 51 receiving yards the last time he and the Hilltoppers duked it out back in October of 2023.

A Season-Best Effort from Judson Weaver Leads Brevard over Hendersonville

Judson Weaver produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Brevard to the win on Friday. Weaver picked up three sacks and made eight total tackles. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 5.2 total tackles per game.

If history really does repeat itself, Weaver might just drop another big game when he faces off against Polk County on Friday. When Weaver last faced the Wolverines back in October of 2023, he picked up three sacks and made 13 total tackles (7.0 for loss).

Devin Mosley Sets Career High in Rushing Yards

Devin Mosley produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Chase to the win on Friday. Mosley rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries, and also picked up 50 receiving yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

Mosley and Chase have the luxury of staying home for another week and will welcome Hendersonville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Trojans got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Bearcats, probably because Mosley had a solid game then too: he picked up 71 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
