Soccer Recap: Sauquoit Valley Starts Season with Win Against Sandy Creek

Sauquoit Valley had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They put the hurt on the Sandy Creek Comets with a sharp 4-1 win.

Sauquoit Valley will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Waterville at 6:00 p.m. on September 17. As for Sandy Creek, they will face off against Thousand Islands at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
