Basketball Recap: Tenor Piles Up the Points Against Eastbrook Academy

Tenor won the last time they faced Eastbrook Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. Tenor took their game with ease, bagging an 88-36 victory over Eastbrook Academy. Tenor has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Tenor to victory, but perhaps none more so than Larell Davis, who made all 6 shots he took from beyond the arc racking up 30 points. Thanks to that strong game, Davis now owns an excellent 46.5% shooting accuracy. Another player making a difference was Shane Emanuel, who almost dropped a double-double with 20 points and nine rebounds.

Tenor smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 26 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in seven consecutive contests.

Tenor has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 41 points. As for Eastbrook Academy, they are on a 19-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-18.

Tenor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Eastbrook Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cristo Rey Jesuit at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
