Ridgeway came tearing into Monday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They pulled ahead with a 76-75 photo finish over the Kirby Cougars. This was a revenge game for the Roadrunners: when they faced off against the Cougars back in January, they had to take a 55-51 loss.

Ridgeway has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.7 points per game. As for Kirby, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 15-9 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Ridgeway beat Kirby by a score of 76-75 on Tuesday.
