Softball Recap: Atchison County Comes Up Short

Atchison County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 33rd straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Riverside [Wathena/Elwood] Cyclones, falling 16-1. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Atchison County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-24. As for Riverside [Wathena/Elwood], the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-1.

As of now, neither Atchison County nor the Cyclones have any future games scheduled.
