Volleyball Game Preview: Northwest Christian Wolverines vs. Puget Sound Adventist Sharks + How To Watch

Northwest Christian has gone a perfect 3-0 against Puget Sound Adventist recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Wolverines will venture away from home to take on the Sharks at 6:00 p.m. Northwest Christian will be strutting in after a victory while Puget Sound Adventist will be coming in after a loss.

On Thursday, Northwest Christian made easy work of Summit Atlas and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolverines.

One reason for the win was Northwest Christian's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-5, 25-1.

Katherine Armour had an outrageously good game as she had 20 aces and 11 assists. Those 20 aces gave her a new career-high.

Armour wasn't the only good servers: Northwest Christian was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 45 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Meanwhile, Puget Sound Adventist was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Quilcene.

Northwest Christian's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Puget Sound Adventist, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Northwest Christian took their win against Puget Sound Adventist when the teams last played back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolverines since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
