Volleyball Recap: Christian Finds Home Court Redemption Against Granite Hills

There's no place like home for Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against the Granite Hills Eagles on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Patriots also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20, 25-21.

Sophia Willett paced Christian's offense, picking up nine kills. Willett got some help from Maxim? Pheasant and her 18 assists. Taya Vincent and Paetyn Tamp kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Christian pushed their record up to 4-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Granite Hills, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Christian will face off against Santana at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Granite Hills, they will welcome Academy of Our Lady of Peace at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
