Soccer Recap: Ashland Comes Up Short

Ashland lost against Wisdom back in October of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Hornets fell 3-1 to the Pioneers.

Ashland's goal came courtesy of Gavin Blair, who's now up to four this season.

Ashland's loss dropped their record down to 2-2-1. As for Wisdom, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-1.

Ashland didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 9-0 defeat against Piscataquis on the 27th. As for Wisdom, they have also already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Van Buren on the 29th.
