Volleyball Recap: Parkway Central Extends Winning Streak to Four

Parkway Central waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Parkway North Vikings by a score of 3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Colts, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The win didn't come easy: Parkway North scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-19, 22-25, 25-18.

Maddie Schaefer paced Parkway Central's offense, picking up 23 kills. Schaefer got some help from Taylor Jesse and her 39 assists. Riley Fogarty controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Parkway Central's victory bumped their record up to 16-8. As for Parkway North, their loss ended a three-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-10.

Parkway Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Mehlville on the 8th. Parkway North has also already played their next matchup (against Parkway South), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
