Football Game Recap: Barren County vs. Ballard Memorial

After having lost a blowout to Greenwood in their previous contest, Barren County were happy to find some success on Saturday. Barren County narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Ballard Memorial 22-20. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.

The win bumped Barren County's record up to 2-4. The loss dropped Ballard Memorial's record to 1-4.

Next week Barren County take on Taylor County at 7:00 PM. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins. As for Ballard Memorial, they will face off against Webster County. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with four consecutive losses apiece.
