Baseball Recap: Northeast Academy Comes Up Short

Northeast Academy lost against Columbia last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Northeast Academy Eagles lost 13-3 to the Columbia Wildcats. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northeast Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Easton Thomas, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Northeast Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Columbia, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

We've got a battle between Eagles coming up. As for Columbia, they will face off against Bear Grass Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give Columbia their first taste of in-conferenceaction this season.
