Volleyball Recap: Grenada Comes Up Short

Grenada was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Lake Cormorant, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chargers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-18, 25-4.

Grenada now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Lake Cormorant, their victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2.

Grenada wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Winona on the 21st. As for Lake Cormorant, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Saltillo on the 21st.
