Seymour never let their opponents score on Monday. They blew past the Kennedy Eagles 15-0. Considering the Wildcats have won ten matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.
Cassidy Marcinczyk looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in April.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Daphne Shea, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Julianna Raucci, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and two RBI.
