Basketball Game Preview: South Delta Bulldogs vs. Humphreys County Cowboys

South Delta is 1-9 against Humphreys County since December of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The South Delta Bulldogs will take on the Humphreys County Cowboys at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, South Delta ended up a good deal behind Riverside and lost 64-46.

Meanwhile, Humphreys County played a tough match on Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Greenville 58-27. The Cowboys were down 43-20 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

South Delta's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Humphreys County, their loss dropped their record down to 2-7.

South Delta came up short against Humphreys County in their previous matchup back in November, falling 58-47. Can South Delta avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
