Waldwick proved they can win big on Friday (they won by ten) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a run and slipped past the Becton Wildcats 4-3. The win was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on four straight.

Waldwick pushed their record up to 17-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.6 runs on average over those games. As for Becton, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8-1.

Waldwick has already played their next match, a 4-2 defeat against Pascack Valley on the 20th. Becton has also already played their next contest (against Mahwah), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
