Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt lost against Chicago Mathematics & Science back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rough Riders fell just short of Chicago Mathematics & Science by a score of 2-1. The Rough Riders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Roosevelt sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 23-25, 25-21.

Roosevelt now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Chicago Mathematics & Science, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Roosevelt will take on rival Disney II at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Chicago Mathematics & Science is set to square off against their familiar foe Ogden International at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
