Football Recap: Dynamic Duo of Jakai Brown and Yarih Carrillo Lead Durango to Victory

Durango's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They secured a 12-6 W over the Chaparral Cowboys. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Trailblazers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Durango was led to victory by Yarih Carrillo and Jakai Brown. Carrillo threw for 130 yards and two touchdowns, while Brown gained 45 total yards and a touchdown.

Durango's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Chaparral, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

Durango has already played their next game (against Centennial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Chaparral does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
