Baseball Recap: Foundation Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Saturday just wasn't the day for Foundation Christian Academy's offense. They came up short against the St. Edward's Pirates on Saturday, falling 11-0. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly 11 runs.

Foundation Christian Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Henry Salter, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double. Rory Jones also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

This is the second loss in a row for Foundation Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 12-3-1. As for St. Edward's, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.

Foundation Christian Academy has already played their next match, a 10-0 win against Ruskin Christian on the 8th. As for St. Edward's, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 11-0 victory against Brevard HEAT on the 8th.
