Olympic proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 28) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls 16-13. The victory was familiar territory for the Trojans, who have now won eight contests in a row.

Olympic's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Bryce Nixon, who rushed for 156 yards while picking up 7.1 yards per carry, and also picked up 35 receiving yards. Nixon's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 156 rushing yards.
