Volleyball Recap: Gilchrist Comes Up Short

Gilchrist was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Central Christian Tigers, falling 3-0. The Grizzlies were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Gilchrist's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Central Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Gilchrist is taking a road trip to take on Prospect at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Central Christian, they will challenge St. Paul at 12:45 p.m. on Saturday.
