Juan Miramontes and Sebastian Martinez-Hernandez scored both of Hammond Central's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

The victory got Hammond Central back to even at 1-1. As for Hobart, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Hammond Central will look to takes advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they takes on Hammond Academy of Science & Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hobart, they are taking a road trip to square off against Morgan Township at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
