The Colony Titans strolled past the Crenshaw Cougars with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 58-42.

Colony's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jackson Cain, who went 7-for-15 to rack up 17 points and three steals. Cain continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Dayvon Lewis, who posted 12 points in addition to eight boards and three steals.

Colony smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've managed all season.

Colony's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Crenshaw, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Colony has already played their next contest, a 58-51 victory against Chaparral on the 1st. As for Crenshaw, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 66-41 win against Hillcrest Christian on the 2nd.
