Basketball Recap: Seven Straight Home Wins for Grand Terrace

Grand Terrace extended their home winning streak to seven games thanks to a huge performance from Reggie Caldwell. The Grand Terrace Titans took down the Carter Lions 71-54 on Monday thanks in part to Caldwell, who went 13 for 21 en route to 37 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. His evening made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Kyle Lowery was another key player, putting up six points and eight steals. Those eight steals gave him a new career-high.

Grand Terrace is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.4 points per game. As for Carter, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.

Grand Terrace will venture away from home to square off against Summit at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Summit will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Grand Terrace surely won't give up without a fight. As for Carter, they will welcome Jurupa Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Carter is facing Jurupa Hills at the right time seeing as Jurupa Hills is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
