Northgate posted their closest victory since December 6, 2024 on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-52 win over the Osborne Cardinals. The victory was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on three straight.

Northgate is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Osborne, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northgate will square off against McIntosh at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Osborne, they will face off against McEachern at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
