Baseball Recap: Draper APA Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Intermountain Christian, Draper APA was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 23-5 margin over the Maeser Prep Academy Lions. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Draper APA let Oliver Wagner and Kason Crafts run wild. Wagner got on base in all five of his plate appearances with three runs, one triple, and one stolen base, while Crafts went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, four runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs Wagner has posted since back in September of 2024. Lincoln Davis was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double.

Draper APA's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Maeser Prep Academy, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.
