Softball Recap: Pavilion Comes Up Short

Pavilion managed to slip by Wayland-Cohocton the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Golden Gophers lost 9-1 to the Eagles on Tuesday. The Golden Gophers' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Pavilion's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Wayland-Cohocton, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 13-1.

While Pavilion had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
