Johnson Creek had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 11-run drubbing they dealt Williams Bay on Thursday. The Bluejays never let the Bulldogs get on the board and left with  an   11-0  win. Considering the Bluejays have won seven games by more than five  runs this season, Thursday's  blowout was nothing new.
Not much got past  Hailee Walk, who gave up just  six  hits and racked up ten Ks to keep Williams Bay off the board. Walk has been consistent: she hasn't  given up  a single  walk in five consecutive appearances.
 At the plate,  Madi Brigowatz was  incredible,  going 3-for-5 with two  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  triple. That's the most  stolen bases  she has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of  Hailey Fincutter, who  went 2-for-4 with three  stolen bases, one  run,  and one  RBI.
 Johnson Creek  hit smart and  finished the game with only one  strikeout. The team has now struck out at least five batters  in four consecutive  contests.
Johnson Creek pushed their record up to 14-2 with the  victory, which was their sixth straight  on the road. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Williams Bay,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 4-12 record.
 Coming up, Johnson Creek will face off against Parkview at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. The Vikings have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.53  runs per game on average), something the Bluejays will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Williams Bay, they will square off against Deerfield at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Demons will roll in looking for their  tenth straight  victory, something the Bulldogs surely won't give up without a fight.
