Myles Tate Game Report: vs Newnan

Woodward Academy was sadly handed a defeat on Saturday, but Myles Tate did his best to prevent it. Despite the loss, Tate was still locked in as he went 2-for-3 with one home run and two runs. Those runs were his first of the season.

Looking ahead, Tate and Woodward Academy will take on Troup County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Woodward Academy has some work to do to even out the 2-7 series between these two since March of 2015, but a win here would be a good start.
