Football Recap: Central Starts Season with Win on the Road

Central had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They took down the New Madrid County Central Eagles 21-6. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Looking ahead, Central will challenge St. Charles West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for New Madrid County Central, they will take on East Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. This will be New Madrid County Central's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
