Brooklynn Richardson made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits. Richardson was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-5 with three RBI and one double.

Meanwhile, Timpview was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against Salem Hills, falling 17-0.
Springville's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Timpview, their loss dropped their record down to 0-8.
Timpview's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Springville hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .378. It's a different story for Timpview, though, as they've only averaged .225. Will they be able to contain Springville's hitters?
