Galax waltzed into their matchup on Friday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They took down the Auburn Eagles 62-48. 62 seems to be a good number for the Maroon Tide as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.

Galax's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Auburn, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.
