Baseball Game Preview: Indian Creek Timberwolves vs. Serena Huskers

For the second straight game, Indian Creek will face off against Serena. The Timberwolves will host the Huskers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Indian Creek comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

On Monday, Indian Creek came up short against Serena and fell 6-3.

For Serena's part, Payton Twait was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base. Twait is becoming a predictor of the Huskers' success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-1 (and 2-9 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Beau Raikes, who went 1-for-4 with one triple and one run.

Indian Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Serena, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10.
