The Fellowship Baptist Academy Eagles have been a dominant force so far but will be looking to break out of a two-game mini slump. They fell just short of Scotland Christian Academy by a score of 49-47.
Jeffrey St.Onge was his usual excellent self, scoring 20 points along with 3 steals for Scotland Christian Academy. The matchup was St.Onge's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Micah Cartrette was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals.
Fellowship Baptist Academy's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 8-4. As for Scotland Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fellowship Baptist Academy will challenge Mount Calvary Christian at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Scotland Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against White Plains Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
