Soccer Recap: Lima Central Catholic Takes a Loss

Lima Central Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They came up short against the Jefferson Wildcats, falling 5-1. If Lima Central Catholic were looking for revenge after losing 14-0 to Jefferson when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lima Central Catholic's goal came courtesy of Alon'Nah Bagley, which was the first she's scored this season.

Lima Central Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Jefferson, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9-1.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Lima Central Catholic is taking a road trip to take on Columbus Grove at 5:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for Jefferson, they will take on Spencerville in a tournament on the 14th.
