Avonworth is a perfect 7-0 against Mohawk Area since October of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. Meanwhile, Mohawk Area came up short against Beaver on Wednesday, falling 11-1. Mohawk Area have struggled against Beaver recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Avonworth's draw gives them a new season record of 9-1-1. As for Mohawk Area, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.

Everything went Avonworth's way against Mohawk Area in their previous matchup on September 4th, as Avonworth made off with a 16-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Antelopes since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
