Volleyball Recap: Lutheran South Gets the Win

It's playoff time, and Lutheran South had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Metro Panthers by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lancers.

Eliot Yaeger had an outrageously good game as she had 36 digs and four aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in September. Another player making a difference was Emily Oak, who had 16 digs and two aces.

Lutheran South's victory bumped their record up to 6-20-3. As for Metro, their loss dropped their record down to 14-8.

Lutheran South didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Saxony Lutheran on the 1st. Metro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
