Soccer Recap: Shawnee Takes a Loss

Shawnee scored the most goals they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Elida Bulldogs by a score of 4-3. Shawnee were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Elida apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Shawnee's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Elida, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Shawnee is taking a road trip to challenge Liberty-Benton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Elida, they will host Coldwater at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
