Edgemont won the last time they faced Newell and things went their way on Monday too. The Moguls blew past the Irrigators 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Moguls.

Edgemont was especially dominant in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-20, 25-13.

Raelee Provorse paced Edgemont's offense, picking up eight kills. Provorse got some help from Sydney Jarding and her nine assists. Provorse was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Edgemont now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Newell, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Edgemont will host Crawford at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Newell, they will challenge Hill City at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
