Volleyball Recap: San Diego Takes a Loss

San Diego was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Orange Grove Bulldogs, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14, 25-11.

San Diego's loss dropped their record down to 14-14. As for Orange Grove, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-4 record this season.

San Diego wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Hebbronville on the 17th. As for Orange Grove, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Falfurrias on the 17th.
