Volleyball Recap: Westminster Christian Comes Up Short

Westminster Christian lost against Chaminade back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wildcats took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Devils. The Wildcats just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Westminster Christian started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-12, 25-20, 25-16.

Westminster Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Chaminade, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westminster Christian will challenge St. Francis Borgia at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chaminade, they will head out to square off against Christian Brothers at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Red Devils are facing the Cadets at the right time seeing as the Cadets are stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
