Flora can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Saturday. They walked away with a 44-33 victory over Christ Our Rock Lutheran. That 11 points margin sets a new team best for Flora this season.
Meanwhile, Eldorado's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They lost to Carmi-White County on the road by a decisive 48-32 margin. Eldorado has struggled against Carmi-White County recently, as their match on Wednesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Flora's win ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-18. As for Eldorado, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.
Flora didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Eldorado in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 51-45 victory.
