Volleyball Game Preview: Faith Christian Lions vs. John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills Patriots

After both having extra time off, the Faith Christian Lions and the John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills Patriots will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

Faith Christian lost 3-0 to Sacramento Country Day last Thursday.

While Faith Christian ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22, 25-18.

Meanwhile, John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills entered their tilt with Cristo Rey on Tuesday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Saints.

John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-8, 25-20, 25-20.

John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills' victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Faith Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Faith Christian took their win against John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. Will Faith Christian repeat their success, or does John Adams Academy - El Dorado Hills have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
