Strasburg's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Austin Velasco, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds, and Tyce Bollers, who scored 24 points along with five steals. Bollers has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last ten times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Landen Martin, who scored three points along with nine assists and two steals.
Meanwhile, everything came up roses for Y at home against the Tigers on Thursday as the squad secured a 79-48 win. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 49-24.
Strasburg's win bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Y, their win bumped their record up to 13-1.
