Calvary Baptist Academy put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 19-3 margin over the Ouachita Parish Lions. The result was nothing new for the Cavaliers, who have now won 17 games by six runs or more so far this season.
Kynzee Anderson made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up three earned runs off only two hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in eight consecutive appearances.
