Baseball Game Preview: Rossville Christian Academy Wolves vs. Heritage Academy Patriots

For the second straight game, Rossville Christian Academy will face off against Heritage Academy. The Wolves will welcome the Patriots at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Rossville Christian Academy hasn't scored more than two runs for four games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

Rossville Christian Academy came up short against Heritage Academy on Tuesday, falling 16-2.

For Heritage Academy's part, they let Isaiah Clark and Adyn Westmoreland run wild. Clark went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base, while Westmoreland went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those four RBI gave Clark a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Emerson Weeks, who scored two runs while going 1-for-1.

Heritage Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. They are a perfect 4-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Heritage Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-11-1. As for Rossville Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
