Basketball Recap: Casey-Westfield Warriors vs. Rantoul Eagles
While Casey-Westfield didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-22), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 48-37 win over the Rantoul Eagles on Friday.
Lucy Moore was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 31 points and 11 rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down eight or more in each of the last four games she's played. Another player making a difference was Chloe Taylor, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 12 rebounds.

Casey-Westfield was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in November of 2024.
