Football Game Preview: Chincoteague vs. Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot

Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on Chincoteague at Blessed Sacrament Huguenot Catholic School at 7:00 PM. Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the matchup prepared for a fight.

Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot took an ego-bruising loss against Isle of Wight Academy three weeks ago, but they kept their chin up and bounced back two weeks ago. Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot captured a comfortable 34-14 win over Grace Christian.

Meanwhile, Chincoteague's and Portsmouth Christian's match last Friday was up for grabs at halftime, but Chincoteague were thoroughly outmatched in the second half. Chincoteague suffered a grim 14-36 defeat to Portsmouth Christian. This makes it the second defeat in a row for Chincoteague.

Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot's victory lifted them to 4-1 while Chincoteague's loss dropped them down to 1-3. We'll see if Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot's success rolls on or if Chincoteague are able to steal their positive momentum.
