Basketball Recap: Wendover Takes a Loss

Wendover and Piute squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Wendover had to settle for second. They fell to the Piute Thunderbirds 38-34. The Wildcats have struggled against the Thunderbirds recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Wendover's loss dropped their record down to 7-20. As for Piute, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Wendover nor Piute have any future games scheduled.
