Kaydenze Pruitt was a major factor in Gridley's win over Orland on Tuesday. The Trojans had no answer to Pruitt as she struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. Pruitt has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.
