Softball Recap: Kerman Lions vs. Hanford West Huskies

After flying high against Washington Union last Friday, Kerman came back down to earth. The Lions fell 9-6 to the Hanford West Huskies on Tuesday.

Jadyn Grewal and Allison Sanchez did some serious damage despite the final result: Grewal got on base in three of her four plate appearances with two RBI, while Sanchez went 2-for-4 with one triple and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Sydney Yep, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Kerman's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Hanford West, they pushed their record up to 12-2 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.
